		Our Cakes Stacked Cakes Elephant Theme Stack Cake This gravity defying cake was created for the baptism of a beautiful boy. The party theme was elephants, and the cake design was inspired by an original artwork by the boy's grandfather. I was challenged to make the elephant "fly," and this was the end result. This cake was a lactose free, low-sugar chocolate cake, filled with raspberry mousse and dark chocolate licorice truffle. The cake was frosted in a lactose free, low-sugar heirloom vanilla buttercream, and the elephant was sculpted using fondant around a wire and styrofoam frame. The balloons were styrofoam eggs wrapped in fondant. A cake this size would be suitable for about 40 people. If you've got a theme in mind, contact us for a cake today!
